You Guys Aren't Real Realtors®, Are You?
Of course we are real Realtors®! For one thing, it's against Utah state law for anyone other than a licensed real estate agent to represent the public in the sale or lease of real estate.
All of our agents are Realtors® licensed by the state of Utah, in good standing with the National Association of Realtors and the Utah Association of Realtors, and are members of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service.
How Much Work am I Going to Have to Do?
We are a FULL SERVICE real estate brokerage. Just because you're paying less doesn't mean you're getting less!
We take the photos, we provide the sign and the flyers, we advertise the home and place it on the websites, we take the calls and schedule the showings, we meet the buyers and show them the home, we contact buyers and agents for feedback, we negotiate on your behalf, we manage the process between offer and closing, we are there with you at the closing table.
Unfortunately, what you DO have to do is make the beds and put the dishes away...
Yeah, But You Don't Use the MLS, Do You?
OF COURSE we use the Multiple Listing Service! It is our most powerful marketing tool.
Well where DO you skimp on marketing?
That's the beauty of our program, we DON'T skimp on marketing! In fact, we utilize over a dozen different home search websites that most real estate agents have never bothered to investigate.
BECAUSE you think we do less, it pushes us to do MORE.
Are There Any Up-Front Fees or Hidden Charges?
NO! You only pay if we sell your home. If we don't sell your home you owe us NOTHING.
There is never any obligation to accept an offer, there is never a fee if an offer fails, there is never a fee if you change your mind and withdraw your home from the market. We are only paid at closing.
How Can You Charge So Much Less?
Because we charge less, more sellers choose our company. This gives us the opportunity to offer more homes for sale, which of course helps to attract more buyers. We can afford to make less per sale since we sell so many more homes.
ASSIST-2-SELL PROFESSIONALS SELLS MORE HOMES PER AGENT THAN ANY OTHER REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE IN THE SALT LAKE BOARD OF REALTORS (according to statistics from the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service). Most Realtors® sell 6 homes a year. Our agents sell 30-60 homes in a year. In other words, volume! Everyone benefits.
If You Sell So Many Homes, Will I Be Neglected?
NO! At Assist-2-Sell Professionals we work as a TEAM. If the agent you've been working with is unavailable for some reason, ANY of the other brokers or agents in the office can take your call and assist you. You will NEVER be left hanging while your agent is in San Diego for the weekend!
On average, most Realtors® sell 6 homes per year (according to the National Association of Realtors). Our agents sell about 1 home per week. Guess who's better at it? And because of the volume we handle we have procedural and paperwork systems in place to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
And communication? We are believers. We believe that a good working relationship with our clients is crucial.
We can't assist you in accomplishing your goals unless we know what your circumstances are - what you're thinking and feeling and going through (believe it or not, purchasing or selling a home is stressful). And you won't know what to expect from us or from the market unless we keep you in the loop.
If anything, you're probably going to think we talk too often. :)
How Do I Know What My Home is Worth?
We believe our clients should be able to make educated decisions about their home sale.
Like every other Realtor®, we will prepare a free Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) using the same techniques as appraisers to calculate an estimated value for your home.
IN ADDITION, we do extensive research on your neighborhood and your price range, evaluating your current competition in the market as much or more than past sales. Pricing your home accurately compared to the competition is more important today than it has ever been. We want to make sure you have all the data available to you as you make that decision.

Will You Show My Home To Buyers?
YES! We have licensed agents available every day of the week, ready to show your home to interested buyers. Every buyer who comes through your home will be escorted by a licensed Realtor®.
Will Other Agents Show My Home?
YES, of course! We are members of the National Association of Realtors, of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, and of the Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listing Service and we cooperate with all real estate agents. Agents from other offices show and sell Assist-2-Sell Professionals listings every day.
Do You Work With Buyers?
YES! Our agents provide full service for buyers as well as sellers. In addition to our own selection of homes, we can assist buyers in seeing and purchasing homes offered for sale through the MLS, for sale by owner, and new homes offered for sale by builders and developers.
