We provide FULL-SERVICE real estate brokerage for a low flat fee. Why pay a 6% or 7% commission when you can get all the same services at a discount from more experienced agents?

We have never believed in the hard sell — nothing can convince someone to buy a house they do not like. We're here to assure that when you find the right home your purchase decision is stress-free.

We work as a team - at any time if you can't reach your agent any of the other agents in the company will be able to assist you. No more worrying about what's happening with your listing while your agent is away on a cruise.

Market Knowledge
The real estate market fluxuates constantly as existing listings sell and new listings come on the market. We strive to keep ourselves AND you fully informed about both the broader market conditions and the goings on in your neighborhood.
As members of the Independent Broker Network, we meet regularly with several other real estate brokerages to understand both our local market, and the changes in state and national regulations which will impact our buyers and sellers.
Because we work with both buyers and sellers, and because we sell such a high volume of homes, we can feel the rise and fall as it happens, see the trends as they develop, and respond more quickly to the benefit of our clients.
OUR EXPERIENCE
Assist 2 Sell Professionals agents typically sell more homes per agent than any other real estate brokerage in the Salt Lake Valley. The average realtor sells fewer than 4 homes per year - our agents sell 25-40 homes per year. Guess who's better at it.
Prior to opening Assist 2 Sell Professionals, the owners, Fred and Jan Lowe, worked for almost 9 years with Plumb & Co. Realtors and before that were with Lewis, Wolcott & Dornbush - now Summit Sothebys - both small, highly-professional, 'boutique' real estate agencies.
Fred and Jan have worked as full-time professional realtors in Salt Lake City since 1991. Fred received his first real estate license in 1981 and worked in real estate in Vermont and Wyoming before coming to Utah.
Fred has a lifetime of experience as a roofer, electrician, and plumber and over the years has remodeled and restored many homes and apartment buildings. His experience in and with the construction trades is invaluable to the homebuyer, and as the middle of 3 sons he's a natural-born negotiator.
Jan grew up in Salt Lake City. She graduated from the U in History and prior to working in real estate her professional background was in writing, marketing, and computers. Jan's focus is on marketing homes for sale. She's a numbers girl - she likes to make sure her gut instinct is backed up with actual research. She's a bit of a suit, even though she usually wears jeans.
Shawnee Cooper worked with Equity Real Estate for 7 years before coming to Assist 2 Sell Professionals. Shawnee is our Davis County expert, working with both buyers and sellers. Shawnee is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, but don't let that fool you, she's sharp as a knife and never lets a significant detail slide past unnoted.
David Kevitch came to Assist 2 Sell Professionals after 18 years with Chapman Richards, a well-respected locally owned real estate brokerage. Dave works with both buyers and sellers, rides in bike races, and is a working musician and photographer in his free time. Dave brings huge positive energy and a net-savvy groove to his work.
