Assist-2-Sell Professionals is a FULL SERVICE real estate brokerage - we provide all the services you expect from a quality real estate brokerage, but instead of paying a typical 6% or 7% commission, you pay as little as $2,995!
Do the math! How much would a 6% commission be for your home? $12,000? $18,000? $24,000? The savings with a flat-fee commission are substantial.
The truth of the matter is that in an up market the Seller usually benefits from our commission savings. In a down market, the commission savings may allow a Seller to price his home more agressively against the competition - competition saddled with the burden of the cost of their agent.
Come to think of it, what could those other guys possibly do to make them worth a 6% or 7% or even, outrageously, an 8% commission?
Experience
Prior to opening Assist 2 Sell Professionals for Buyers & Sellers, Fred and Jan Lowe worked for almost 9 years with Plumb & Co. Realtors and before that were with Lewis, Wolcott & Dornbush - both small, highly-professional, 'boutique' real estate agencies.
We have worked as full-time professional realtors in Salt Lake City since 1991. Fred received his first real estate license in 1981 and worked in real estate in Vermont and Wyoming before coming to Utah.
Fred has a lifetime of experience as a roofer, electrician, and plumber and over the years has remodeled and restored many homes and apartment buildings. His experience in and with the construction trades is invaluable to both the homeowner and the homebuyer.
Jan grew up in Salt Lake City. She graduated from the U in History and prior to working in real estate her professional background was in writing, marketing, and computers. Jan's focus is on marketing homes. She watches statistics, pays attention to detail, keeps track, and reminds - the metronome in this team.
Market Knowledge
We live and work here. These are neighborhoods we know both personally and professionally. This is where we ride our bikes, run the dogs, and play with the kids - all of which, we believe, helps us find and sell homes.
Representation
We have never believed in the hard sell—nothing can convince someone to buy a house they do not like. We are here to assure that when you find the right home your purchase decision is stress-free.
We seek the widest possible market and provide the broadest possible exposure for each home when selling, and tailor our search to the individual when working with buyers.

- We write offers with interested buyers
- We assist and advise you during offer negotiations
- We manage the paperwork for all offers
- We arrange for all inspections
- We are there with you at closing
